In accordance with AIM Rule 26 and Market Abuse Regulation, the Company’s announcements will be available for a period of at least 5 years.
The Company is not resident in the UK, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and is therefore not subject to the UK Takeover Code. As an Australian publicly listed company, a takeover of the Company is governed by Chapter 6 of the Australian Corporations Act. As the Company is not incorporated in the UK, the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.
