What happens after I submit my application?
Our recruitment team will review your application and assess it against the role’s requirements. If shortlisted, we’ll contact you directly to arrange the next steps.
What is the interview process like?
Depending on the stage of the recruitment process, interviews may be conducted in person or via video call. Initial screening may also take place over the phone.
During the interview, we will discuss your experience, skills, and potential fit within our team. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the role or Greatland.
Will I receive feedback if I’m not successful?
Due to the high interest in Greatland, and the volume of applications we receive, we are only able to provide feedback to candidates who attend an interview.
Do I need previous mining experience to apply?
While some roles require specific experience, we are always open to candidates with transferable skills from a variety of industries. Each job advertisement will clearly outline the qualifications and experience required.
